Unstoppable Is Now Published: Find the Power Within

January 22, 20262 min read

Today feels special.

After months of writing, revising, questioning, refining, and trusting the process, my new book, Unstoppable: Find the Power Within, is officially published.

This book has been living inside me for a long time.

It began not as a publishing project, but as a personal exploration—a desire to understand how we change, how we heal, and how we learn to become allies to ourselves rather than our own harshest critics.

Why I Wrote Unstoppable

Like many people, I spent years trying to “fix” myself from the outside.

I tried motivation.
I tried discipline.
I tried forcing change.

What truly transformed my life came from learning to work with my inner world instead of against it.

Living with cerebral palsy taught me early on that resilience is not about perfection or control—it’s about relationship.
The relationship we have with our thoughts, our emotions, our body, and our identity.

Unstoppable was born from that understanding.

This book is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about learning how to become more fully ourself.

What This Book Is Really About

Unstoppable is a forty-day journey designed to help you:

  • Quiet negative self-talk

  • Build emotional clarity and confidence

  • Strengthen your inner resilience

  • Develop healthy boundaries

  • Reconnect with your authentic identity

Inside, you’ll find practical tools such as:

  • Journaling and reflection

  • Meditation and mindfulness

  • Somatic practices

  • Self-hypnosis and visualization

  • Daily routines you can actually integrate into real life

Each chapter is meant to be experienced, not rushed.
This is not a book to “consume.” It’s a book to live with.

Who This Book Is For

This book is for you if:

  • You feel ready to understand yourself more deeply

  • You want to stop fighting your inner world and start working with it

  • You’re seeking clarity, emotional balance, and confidence

  • You want tools that are practical, gentle, and grounded

  • Or you simply want to appreciate each moment more deeply

What “Unstoppable” Really Means

For me, being unstoppable doesn’t mean never struggling.

It means:

  • Continuing even when things feel uncertain

  • Meeting yourself with compassion instead of judgment

  • Learning how to adapt, grow, and realign

  • Trusting that change is possible, one choice at a time

By the end of this journey, my hope is not that you become someone new, but that you come home to who you truly are.

Thank You

This book would not exist without the people who supported me, challenged me, encouraged me, and believed in this project when it was still just an idea.

If you choose to read Unstoppable, thank you for trusting me with part of your journey.
It is an honor to walk alongside you.

As a result of complications during my birth, I lacked oxygen to my brain, resulting in the neurological condition known as Cerebral Palsy (or "CP" for short). Growing up, many aspects of my life did not resemble those of other children. I learned to walk at the age of five, had a classroom aide for taking notes throughout my education, and, to this day, have difficulty with fine-motor tasks such as tying shoes, attaching buttons, or drinking from a glass – trust me, that can get messy!

With the support of my family and many healthcare professionals, I persevered, developing a tenacity (some might call it stubbornness) that has allowed me to complete two university degrees, have a thriving career in technology, and be a committed father to two children. Besides my degrees in Science, I have completed NLP and hypnosis, meditation, and Reiki trainings, allowing me to access deeper parts of my mind to reach my goals, no matter how ambitious they seem.
