How do you like the new look?

I was shaving the other day and I was shaving around the contour of my beard and I missed the contour 😜 So I decided to shave it down to a moustache.

The reason is obvious, isn’t it? I wanted to become irresistible. And it worked! I noticed people could not stop staring at me, they’re smiling and treating me like I’m so special, all the time. I’m telling you, they can’t resist being joyful once they see me, they even tell their friends to look and they also become instantaneously so happy!

All kidding aside, why did I do this? I did really mess up the contour. But I wanted to challenge myself. So many times in my life, I didn’t say something I really wanted to say, I didn’t dress like I wanted to or did not go talk to someone I wanted to talk to because I wanted to fit in or I was afraid of rejection.

Sponsoring a moustache (BTW you must say with a French accent) is my way to stretch myself, build confidence and learn to care less about others’ opinion and have more fun.

I might start a new trend with this mantra:

I am not my moustache!

I am not my moustache!

I am not my moustache!

As a result of complications during my birth, I lacked oxygen to my brain, resulting in the neurological condition known as Cerebral Palsy (or "CP" for short). Growing up, many aspects of my life did not resemble those of other children. I learned to walk at the age of five, had a classroom aide for taking notes throughout my education, and, to this day, have difficulty with fine-motor tasks such as tying shoes, attaching buttons, or drinking from a glass – trust me, that can get messy!

With the support of my family and many healthcare professionals, I persevered, developing a tenacity (some might call it stubbornness) that has allowed me to complete two university degrees, have a thriving career in technology, and be a committed father to two children. Besides my degrees in Science, I have completed NLP and hypnosis, meditation, and Reiki trainings, allowing me to access deeper parts of my mind to reach my goals, no matter how ambitious they seem.
